1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autoblogwriter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autoblogwriter provides AI-powered blog content generation, scheduling, and publishing tools delivered through a web dashboard, API, and React SDK. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. Autoblogwriter does not claim any intellectual property rights over content created by or for you.

5. Acceptable Use and Abuse Prevention

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited uses include:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringing content or content that violates third-party rights
• Spam, deceptive behavior, or attempts to evade enforcement
• Reverse engineering, scraping, probing, or disrupting the Service
• Excessive, automated, or abusive usage of AI features (including attempts to bypass usage limits)

To protect the Service and other customers, we may apply rate limits or throttling to AI features, restrict certain actions, or suspend/terminate accounts when we detect abuse, unusual activity, or repeated violations of these Terms.

6. Payment and Billing (Stripe)

Paid plans are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan. You can cancel at any time; unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

7. AI Outputs and Your Responsibility

The Service uses AI to generate text and metadata based on inputs you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying outputs (including citations, claims, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies) before you publish or rely on them.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication (Better Auth), analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog), and error monitoring (Sentry). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoblogwriter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other customers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
